Niki & The Dove - Mother Protect (Goldroom Remix) FREE Download

This is one of those remixes that has done really well in the blogosphere, partly because Niki & The Dove are so bloody amazing, but also because of the slightly 'chillwave' nature of the remix.
Only slightly though, its still got a good old thump to it.
Same amazing voice, but ready to be slipped into a dance floor near you.

Niki & The Dove - The Drummer

The best thing to come from Sweden since Ikea.
Everything Niki & The Dove does is just the catchiest, popiest coolest stuff ever.
And here's the latest offering, taken from the upcoming EP of the same name.

Oh and what's this Ms Mac? A Fake Blood remix?
This takes the song to the recognizable dirty place that Fake Blood creates so well in remixes.
I just hope he hurries up and releases it officially.

Niki and the Dove - Mother Protect (Swedish House Mafia Bootleg) (Annie Mac Preview)

Recently exclusively aired by Annie Mac, here is Swedish House Mafia's bootleg mix of the gorgeous track 'Mother Protect' by Niki and the Dove.

It incorporates the Alex Metric's remix of the track, which is included his recently released album 'Open Your Eyes' and definitely worth checking out.

I had been holding on for proper version of this but I'm just enjoying it far too much to hold on any longer. (Which I never thought I'd say about SHM after their recent abomination in the charts).

Niki & The Dove

Ok. So let's try our hardest to view this group totally independently and completely forget their even Scandinavian.

Right, so that's pretty difficult. The comparisons are too blatant for me to even bother mentioning.

That aside, this is a new Swedish band to get very excited about.

Haunting yet gentle, gloomy yet poppy.

Niki & The Dove.

Anyway. See what you think.
