Azari & III and Crazy P Remix Little Boots - Shake (Free Downloads)

First up, Azari. Love them so much, was lucky enough to see them play live not long ago and whilst for some strange reason the audience numbers were measly, they managed to captivate those that were there with endless charisma.
Here's their take on 'Shake'.

Yes, I do love Azari, but admittedly this second remix offering by Crazy P is by far my favorite.
The guitar is just lovely!

Azari & III Remixes (Robyn, Monarchy) & New Album Stream!

Wow, lots to report on Azari & III, I guess it must be quite MANIC in their camp at the moment.

First up their remix of Robyn's 'Call Your Girlfriend'.

Next, their remix of Monarchy's 'Maybe I'm Crazy', which is a freebie.

Its just incredible.

Azari & III - Manic (New Single)

A recent post by my co-writer recently hailed the likes of Tensnake as 'house music at its current best'.
I would like to add to such a title, Azari & III.
Recently premiered on Annie Mac's show, here's new single 'Manic'.
I just can't get enough of those husky vocals.
Set for release August 7th.

Azari & III - Hungry For The Power (Art Department Remix)

This is massive, for the past month I think its been on every mix that pops up on the web.

And you can see why, 'fellow Torontonians Art Department, elevate the pop flavours with a more laid-back approach'. But its still got those incredible vocals that have become so iconic to the sound of Azari & III.

I feel like Depeche Mode when it comes to this song. I just can't get enough.

And whilst you're here, have a watch of the original.

Creep

Well, I've just about recovered from NYE and second term at Uni is just round the corner, which means essay hand ins are also creeping up on me and consequently procrastination diverts me instead to the music blogs of the internet.

Its my first post of the year and in my opinion, we're off to a bleeding good start.
Creep, a couple of spooky lady DJs, have borrowed Romy Croft of The XX in their first amazing single, Days; creating something just as sexy and moody as the mercury prize winners, and then making it even darker, more electronic and best of all, utterly danceable.

Days by CREEP

Next up, take out ten minutes of your busy schedule to have a look at a video interviewing the girls as well as the director of their upcoming video for Days. Some really interesting thoughts and concepts coming out of it that kept me watching. Take a look!

Sadly though we'll have to wait a wee bit longer to see the finished article for Days, i personally can't wait.
And... as if that wasn't enough for you, Azari & III have only gone and laid there filthy house hands on it to make it a triple treat today, whats more, its downloadable for free from the nice people at RCDR LBL.

Looking forward to 2011!

Azari & III

Apologies for holding onto this for so long before posting but for those of you who haven't already found out about this...

AZARI & III have contributed to the Scion/AV remix series in the form of track "Into the Night".

You can pick this package up over here and the aforementioned package contains some tasty remixes from the likes of Nicolas Jaar and CFCF.

It's free so what's to lose?

Absolutely love this.

Gorgeous slice of pure house.

Find it hard to understand how you could have an objection to this.

Perfect for a boogie
