Poindexter is a producer from Oregon, and I have to say I'm astonished he hasn't popped up around the web a lot more.
I'm calling him as the next 'Shook', with a similar electro funk theme to his work and an amazing selection of both original productions and remixes.
Here's the former, his debut EP 'Forever', available to stream now and purchase tomorrow.
Its finds a wonderful balance in between gentle airy pop and disco funk.

And here's the latter, a complete shake up and twist around of James Blake's Wilhelm Scream. One of the most trans-formative remixes I've heard this year.
