Basically there's a politician in Vienna who has set the closing time of all clubs to 4:00am and there's a campaign to let clubs decided for themselves.

It's a direct, shot for shot replica of the Barbara Streisand video but rather than Barbara Streisand the video is called Ursual Stenzel after the politician who is restricting the club closing times.
