What's that I hear you say? You miss The Shins? Well fear not, instead take a large helping of TV Girl in the form of their new self titled EP, up here for free download. A word which we all love in relation to good new music. I must add though to my prior comment, by no means are TV Girl a Shins copy cat; their hazy, summery, indie pop tunes are brought wonderfully up to date with the subtlest of electronic beats. Perfect Sunday afternoon listening... (too cheesy?)
I wish I could tell you more about these or send you in the direction of more websites and music, but they appear pretty elusive on the web. All the more reason to keep an eye out for them in the future though!
